The problem
By the time you saw the job ad, another agency was already in the building.

Winning clients is the hardest half of the job — and the only help you get is the same job boards every competitor is refreshing. Hours of manual research a week, to still be second on the phone.

100,000+

pages read daily — careers pages, registers, planning files, tenders and trade press. No human desk comes close.

26,000+

firms watched — your entire market, including the quiet ones. Not a sample. All of it.

15

industries covered — every desk has a patch here, each read through the sources native to it.

Sees

It reads everything.

Every firm's entire web presence — project pages, news, team pages, careers. Every planning decision, every commencement notice, every filing, every tender in the country.

Not a job-board feed. The full footprint of your market, read continuously by AI.

100,000+ pages a day. No desk of researchers comes close.

Knows

It knows every firm.

The AI turns raw pages into a living model of every company on your patch: what they build, how they hire, how fast they fill, what they pay — and whether agencies get a look in.

Ask about any firm and the homework is already done.

Not links. Knowledge.

Predicts

It sees hiring coming.

A granted scheme. A contract win. A hiring pattern repeating. Gallium reads the leading indicators and calls who'll need people months out — so your pitch lands while your competitors are still waiting for a job ad.

Reactive tools show you the job ad. Gallium shows you the one that hasn't been written yet.

Questions

The things you'd ask.

Where does the data come from?

Official Irish sources — company registry filings, planning applications, commencement notices, public tenders — plus the live careers pages of hundreds of construction firms and Irish trade press. Checked daily, cross-referenced, and shown with its source so you can judge it yourself.

Is this legal?

Yes. The backbone is public, official, openly licensed data. Career-page monitoring reads what companies publish publicly about their own jobs. We don't scrape private platforms or personal data.

Does Gallium find candidates?

No — deliberately. Gallium wins you clients; filling the roles is your craft. We'd rather be exceptional at the half of your job nobody helps with than mediocre at the half everybody does.

What if my competitors use it too?

Recruitment has always run on the same information being available to everyone — job boards sell to competing agencies every day. The edge is seeing it first and acting fastest. Gallium puts you in the informed minority; most of your market still does this research by hand, slowly.

Which industries does Gallium cover?

Fifteen — from construction and engineering to IT, healthcare, finance, science and beyond. Each industry runs its own market engine, reading the sources native to it: planning registers matter for a construction desk, funding announcements for a tech desk. You set your patch — industry, regions, roles — and Gallium reads that market for you. Coverage is Ireland-wide today; UK markets follow.
